Great employees! Great customer service. Very happy employees. Very kind and loving employees. This place is the best FedEx I have ever been to. Excellent customer service. Clean place. I recommend highly to go here if you need anything packed, shipped or printed or faxed etc. Holly is really good customer service rep. She is kind helpful sweet person and has a whole lot of Patience witch is excellent!
Team member Kristen was professional and courteous. I was out of town in need of printing and scanning and she successfully walked me through the cloud printing process. Saved me a lot of hassle. Great service.
Worst ever experiences with this company, packages consistently go missing, customer service is a joke and not once has been able to help with an issue or find a lost package, associates won't wear masks in the store - ridiculous.
Very friendly place.
