During what felt like a stressful moment, I had the pleasure of meeting Darlene. She went above and beyond with her customer service. I arrived last minute and wasn’t prepared to ship and she guided me in every step and took her time to make sure that the package got to its destination. She calmed my nerves with her grace and by thinking outside the box and giving me a back up plan in case the following morning it wasn’t the correct address. Great employees! Great customer service. Very happy employees. Very kind and loving employees. This place is the best FedEx I have ever been to. Excellent customer service. Clean place. I recommend highly to go here if you need anything packed, shipped or printed or faxed etc. Holly is really good customer service rep. She is kind helpful sweet person and has a whole lot of Patience witch is excellent!
Team member Kristen was professional and courteous. I was out of town in need of printing and scanning and she successfully walked me through the cloud printing process. Saved me a lot of hassle. Great service.
Worst ever experiences with this company, packages consistently go missing, customer service is a joke and not once has been able to help with an issue or find a lost package, associates won't wear masks in the store - ridiculous.
