Very good customer service
If you have a package you need to sign for I would suggest using another courier. I have been sent a package for my job which needs to be signed for, but FedEx does not even make an attempt at delivery. I live in a condo which has a front door with an intercom. I could be contacted either by the intercom or by phone to come to the door to sign for the package, but instead they just leave a note saying someone needs to be there to sign for the package and leave, and of course offer no indication of what time they will try and... read more
