The store manager, Mr. Eli, was very helpful with a canvas I needed help designing. Mr. Eli took his time to ensure the canvass print was perfect. Great customer service and attention to detail.

I was trying to return a pair of shoes that I bought internationally. The woman who Who has been working for FedEx since 1993 apparently Was my point of contact. She was very cold, unhelpful, and considering she’s been working for the company since 1993. It was strange that she was so uneducated concerning an International return. I will never go back to that location. People who work in Customer Service should be good at Customer Service especially if they have been working at Customer Service since 1993. Very disappointed.
I wanted to create a Mother's Day present for my wife of 37 years. I saw an item, but it was too expensive so it tried to recreate it on my own. Susan helped so much to make this gift. I used a kids puzzle, paint and a thrift shop frame. A calligraphy app to create it but I needed to print it all. Susan helped me to make it come to fruitation.
