Completely ignored me as if I was invisible while patiently waiting at the register to cash out. Helped the person behind me who was not as melanated as myself! Will not utilize this location and if my package didn’t have to ship FedEx I would’ve went UPS!!!

I want to express my deepest appreciation for Caitlin's exceptional service at the FedEx Office location in North Syracuse on Saturday evening. Even though the office was closing in just a minute when I arrived, Caitlin took the initiative to help with my urgent 50 tri-fold brochure order. She stayed 30 minutes late to ensure everything was printed and ready for me right then, as they wouldn’t open the next morning until after I needed them.
