As soon as I walked in, I was assaulted by the smell of marijuana. The staff weren't the most helpful people but I'm not as concerned about that. The marijuana smell was definitely coming from the employees and not the customers. You may want to drug test your workers.

I’m extremely frustrated with the ongoing delivery issues I’ve faced. My packages consistently get routed to a similar address 10 minutes away—for example, they end up at 123 Circle instead of my address at 123 Lane. I’ve called customer service multiple times, and they’ve dismissed my concerns, saying everything is correct on their end. Completely Unacceptable Service I had an extremely disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. After dropping off my shipment, I noticed that the tracking number on my receipt had been changed from the original — causing my client to receive zero notifications about their package. This is a serious error that directly impacted my business relationship with my client.
