Great customer service the last time I was in there.
Service was helpful and ultimately did what I needed, which was ship an item. However, I needed help with the self-service kiosk and the ladies at the front proceeded to talk negative about me while I was in the store. I don’t care if you talk about me but at least wait until I leave.
Christian was amazing. The staff is always so kind, but he went above and beyond. Please Fedex get this man a raise because he is what every company needs out of their employees. Bravo Christian!
