I went inside Wal-mart to Fed Ex office printing & shipping to send a out of state fax. It was $2.50 a page. The service was fantastic,& i highly recommend this place. Kristine was helpful, courteous & polite. Drop in, and you'll see what I'm talking about
Nice and organized. No issues shipping from here and its the only full Fedex on the westbank.
Please do yourselves a big favor and make sure to never leave packages at this location. I requested they hold 4 large boxes (containing parts of one sofa, so the boxes were supposed to be one shipment) and after confirming my request, they held one at their location and delivered the other 3 to the house I didn’t even own yet. One of the employees at the store told me the 3 packages they wrongfully delivered could not be picked up until maybe the next day. Well, no one ever came. I was in need of a memorial/funeral program for my sister’s memorial. I called and Seth provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. He answered all of my questions and he did not rush me. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The memorial programs came out perfect! They were bind (stapled) in the appropriate place unlike the other big chain in the area.
