Very disorganized and opened late and a bit rude.
I have like a complete 360 experience than what I saw on the Google reviews... It's my first time using FedEx in the US. Travelling all the way from India. Had to send a few gifts brought for my cousins.. I was so tensed after reading all the reviews but then when I went Ingrid was so so super kind... I mean she just took away all my nervousness and the whole process was so seemless hatsoff....she is truly is very very helpful. Thank you Ingrid.❤️
