If I could give 0 stars, I would. The delivery driver knocked on my door, heard my two tiny 4-pound Maltese barking, and took off with my package. Instead of leaving it like any competent delivery person would, he just ran off. I immediately called customer service, and they assured me they would have the driver turn back and get me my package before work. That never happened. Absolute dog ish service. They can't even send my expensive package to the correct location. "Barcode was Unreadable. Printing a New Label" but it's funny how that label was fine in every other location and was moving smoothly until it hit Rensselaer (both times). The first driver denied my package on the first day of delivery and sent it back to the shipper. Whatever happened to 3 delivery attempts?! I have been tracking a package for a couple days. It says it got delivered in my town, but it did not get delivered to my address where I put I have tracking number and everything. It says that it got delivered to a different place or somebody had signed it is a very expensive watch and nobody can tell me where is where is delivered even though I have tracking number they put wrong name and wrong address on shipping label when they made it. I have tracking number but still cannot find my package.
Less than 1star!! Their driver Josalyn is horrible. We had a package out for delivery for 3 days and had to call FedEx 800 number several times with no resolution.
It took about 20 seconds to process a return shipment. Can't ask for more than that.
