Less than 1star!! Their driver Josalyn is horrible. We had a package out for delivery for 3 days and had to call FedEx 800 number several times with no resolution.
It took about 20 seconds to process a return shipment. Can't ask for more than that.
Mubashar was perfectly kind and courteous. I was doing a rather frustrating return and he made the process simple, painless and pleasant! I’m very satisfied with my visit!
