Wow just Wow. This is the worst FedEx I have ever been too and will never step foot in that place ever again. It starts from the manager they know their employees are rude to customers and do nothing about it. FedEx employees to not value their customers anymore moving to UPS. Bye
Terrible customer service.
Dionna is a true professional. I came in on a Saturday with a big shipment and she was alone. There was a non-stop flow of customers coming into the the store for various services needs and she handled each customer, as well as the phone calls, with professionalism, class, and fficiency. She deserves a raise. Please keep Dionna!
I spoke with three different people in this location. None were helpful.
A week ago, after visiting two other locations without any success, I finally arrived at this store—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding customer service from two wonderful young ladies.
