Terrible customer service.
Dionna is a true professional. I came in on a Saturday with a big shipment and she was alone. There was a non-stop flow of customers coming into the the store for various services needs and she handled each customer, as well as the phone calls, with professionalism, class, and fficiency. She deserves a raise. Please keep Dionna!

A week ago, after visiting two other locations without any success, I finally arrived at this store—and I’m so glad I did!
