Haylee M. went above and beyond to help me with a print project this afternoon, that meant a lot to me! I appreciate her attention to detail, being very happy to help me, and being extremely professional. She is clearly very customer service focused. Be warned if you have a package held here because you won’t be home you can’t just send your wife to pick it up on the way home because if your name is on it not hers they won’t release it. Hopefully in the next 5 days I can take off at lunch to pick up my package…
Was in an out in under 5 minutes, even with me being ignorant to the process. Everyone was super friendly as well :)
Haylee was very rude unprofessional unpleasant and unhelpful. The rest of the employees are just as useless. The store gets really chaotic and the employees get overwhelmed IF THEY HAVE JUST ONE CUSTOMER!
