Great experience at this FedEx Office! I got passport photos done in under five minutes—super quick and easy. Photos came out perfect — if punk rock. Friendly staff and a smooth process. Highly recommend!
I had a terrible experience with FedEx and their staff . I went in to fax 22 pages, and not only did they fail to send all of them, but they still charged me as if everything was done correctly. Basically, I paid for a service that wasn’t even completed. This is unacceptable and feels like being charged for no reason. Their system is unreliable, and I can’t trust them for important tasks like this. Definitely not using FedEx again for faxing or any other service.

Bad service! I wanted to send a package and they brought ir back to my house and left the package out in the rain, now box is damaged and they won’t accept it like that
