Horrible customer service! The lady at the front desk asked us to leave our dog out who is hypoallergenic and extremely calm! When we asked why she says “some children are allergic to dog” and when we told her our dog is hypoallergenic and there are no other people in the store anyways, she insisted! We asked her is there a dog policy at Fedex and she said no, there is no particular “no-dog” policy!!! Received an error message when trying to print a document. Front desk associate printed it instead, but failed to mention a $2.50 surcharge. Nearly $5 for a 5-page b+w document is outrageous
Great experience at this FedEx Office! I got passport photos done in under five minutes—super quick and easy. Photos came out perfect — if punk rock. Friendly staff and a smooth process. Highly recommend!
I had a terrible experience with FedEx and their staff . I went in to fax 22 pages, and not only did they fail to send all of them, but they still charged me as if everything was done correctly. Basically, I paid for a service that wasn’t even completed. This is unacceptable and feels like being charged for no reason. Their system is unreliable, and I can’t trust them for important tasks like this. Definitely not using FedEx again for faxing or any other service.
