Bad service! I wanted to send a package and they brought ir back to my house and left the package out in the rain, now box is damaged and they won’t accept it like that
I had an excellent experience at the FedEx location in Sterling thanks to Eva. She was kind, professional, and quick to help when there was a printing mistake with my order. Eva not only fixed the issue right away but made sure everything looked perfect before I left. Her attention to detail and great attitude really made a difference. Unlike the one in Reston (town center) this 1 has Parking spots available and enough people working to take care of customers.
