My wife trusted FedEx like you trust your neighbor. But they are not neighborly and you cannot just walk in and have a fair charge for printing services. We paid over 100 dollars for 14 sheets of paper, double sided B&W print, one booklet size 8.5/11, the other 11/17 inches. They double counted the sheets and multiplied the tariffs more than three times, compared to online tariffs, plus put a printing surcharge once they were able to establish a charge over $50. Horrible customer service! The lady at the front desk asked us to leave our dog out who is hypoallergenic and extremely calm! When we asked why she says “some children are allergic to dog” and when we told her our dog is hypoallergenic and there are no other people in the store anyways, she insisted! We asked her is there a dog policy at Fedex and she said no, there is no particular “no-dog” policy!!! Received an error message when trying to print a document. Front desk associate printed it instead, but failed to mention a $2.50 surcharge. Nearly $5 for a 5-page b+w document is outrageous
