I need owner or corporate to contact me. I need a report to make about the manger in this location. I am shocked by the way she treat customers, and the fact that she ismanager is mind blowing. She treated as very very poorly. When we speak up she refused as a service.
We went in with a fairly simple job – 150 color copies, single sided. They wanted me to pay nearly $400 (after adding an $80 “rush fee” to do it in the next two hours). I drove down the street to Office Depot and they did it for $150 on the spot. Definitely shop around if you are looking for copy/print services.
