I always use the print center. Every single person I’ve ever encountered at this location, has been nothing but helpful. I use them for all my printing needs. They always so above and beyond for me.
Worst experience ever with FedEx. Absolutely unhelpful. So disappointed. They used to be great here. What a joke go to 23 and ironwood.
Customer service is terrible from the little girl at the counter. Rolling your eyes at a customer is unacceptable! I requested my package be held at the office yesterday because our business closes at 530 and it was almost 5 when the package was still not here. The note on the delivery stated that it was going to be left at our door step. . at 805 it stated that the package was going to be held but then at 841 said out for delivery.
