Went to Walmart in Gonzales to ship a package Craig would not take it , he told me to schedule a pickup from my home then he would print my label , after he told me to create a label he didn’t want to print it I stayed there for two hours trying to get help didn’t achieve any kind of help , I went to A1 mailing stayed in there ten minutes and all was done no problem no questions thanks A1 the girl was very knowledgeable !!!
I cannot say enough about Craig BAECHT, the store manager. Let’s just say I’m not the most tech savvy person, and this man had the patience of Job, was able to get my printing done quickly and probably save this girl from a total meltdown. As I thanked him numerous times, he always said “that’s what we’re here for“. I believe his name was Craig but he was a great help! Fast service and offered to retape my packages for safe transit.
I am fed up with FedEx. Their have been 2 drive bys and no delivery attempts of my package. First attempt had 2 people on the truck and the driver parked in the street ran to the door and left a sticky note with no knock on the door, and no direction on the sticky note. Second attempt after the weekend, driver pulled up at 7:30 pm parked in the road, and drove off when i went outside. I was here on business and all of my forms did not make it from my home office. Craig came to the rescue and made it happen for us. Hats Off to him and if you're ever in a pinch go see him!!
