I had a bunch of packages, maybe around 40 or so items that needed to be labeled and shipped, I called ahead to see the best way to make it work efficiently and if they accepted a spreadsheet that I could email the store in advance to expedite the process. They did not have that capability--while not the most efficient use of their time, the front desk took down all 40 individual labels and processed them for me. Just left the location & was made to feel quite unwelcomed because I asked about getting there before Christmas (2days 12/22)... I get chances are slight but I didn't think asking was an issue nor ask about packing... They were professional but dismissive, indifferent & intolerant. It's cool other locations exists. 12/15 update... The package arrived before Christmas. They did their job and so I must bump up the rating.
Always efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful!!! I never wait long, and they’ll print return labels at no charge.
Hello im a new comer to stores like this ,I dont know how to navigate thu the system all i needed was to email my copies to have them printed out i asked for help a young lady came over i explained to her im not familiar with this can she please assist me she look at me showed me the email and walked away i put that in she had no one else to wait on but me, their was another assistant in the front but she had a customer i waved at the young lady again she came over i said to her I never worked this machine before first time ... read more
I'm older and was dropping off 3 boxes. 2 were very large boxes. I went to this location because of the star ratings. It rates above the other locations and now I know why. I'm ambitious, so I was delivering the large boxes by myself. It wasn't easy, but doable. Once I got the large boxes on the FedEx cart, I was trying to enter the building. It was challenging.
