8/28/25 went here to ship some items and there was nobody there at 1pm. Total waste of time.
Michelle is absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me with my Car magnets. Her patience, knowledge, efficiency was truly impressive, and she made the whole experience so much easier. I highly recommend her!

I tried for 45 minutes to get a person to talk to on the phone and it was impossible. “I’m sorry. That is not an option. Goodbye” and the automated voice hung up! I once even got “talk to a customer service representative press 1”. I pressed one and it wouldn’t go through. The voice kept talking. I changed my delivery date online but even with the confirmation of the date change the package is coming on first scheduled date.
