The manger at this location was very helpful in showing me how to do a quick drop off without getting in line and waiting.
We had a pick up scheduled for a package that needed overnighted, but the pick up was missed and I needed to drive the package in to the closest FedEx store. Erik went above and beyond trying to have the package sent out to make it on time. Very kind and understanding, professional and great customer service.
Today is Thursday. They tried to charge me $800 for a package that was supposed to be in Phoenix on Tuesday. I went to UPS and they only charge me $275. I don’t know how they do business but I definitely am not going back to the store ever again. Please doublecheck your prices with UPS before send something with them. No matter why the store was empty. I went to UPS down the street and I had to wait in the line.
This review is for the WORST automated fedex customer service. There is no live customer service and automated system does not have options I need and to request delivery option online, I have to register or login. What the heck!!! Fedex delivery person did NOT actively try to deliver so it is very easy to miss receiving parcel. Everything is the WORST in fedex. Ise USPS.
I ALWAYS go to FedX for my printing and such. Professional…expedient……In/Out….get on with my busy life.
