Erik was absolutely great! Went above and beyond.
absolutely amazing customer treatment. I was in need of help to send a fax and I though I would just be pointed to a machine and have to figure it out by myself. but no, I just had to say I was unsure and Erik followed me and helped me step by step and solved small issues that I should have predicted with the documents I needed to fax. Absolutely amazing, if needed again I will definitely go back.
My wife and I showed up close to closing time with a lot of heavy, long boxes. Erik was so gracious to not only help us load, but allowed us to stay 30 mins after to resolve a shipping issue we ran into. We ultimately did not get it resolved, but Erik gave us the next steps we need to take, and was very kind through the whole process. Best fedex experience I’ve ever had.
Erik really made sure I had a pleasant experience shipping my package. He was very knowledgeable, and told me everything I needed to know in a timely manner. Erik is the reason why I will continue to come to this location
Why would anyone ever go to ups...usps or another fedex store Conveniently located...this fedex has the friendliest & most professional staff of any fedex store I've gone to. Ken, the store manager helped me send quickly my package @ the most economical way. If you need to ship, price elsewhere ..but send from Fedex at this location Then afterwards..enjoy a sub at Jimmy Johns
