I received EXCELLENT service from the store representative ERIK, and the delivery driver NANA. I had trouble locating my package on the FedEx app (there was no current status update). It was an important package, and I was stressed over trying to find it. Erik did everything he could to help me locate my package. As Erik was helping me, NANA had just arrived to the store in his truck. It was end of the day, almost closing time. NANA took the time to look through his truck, and he found my package!
