Good employee, service good
Tried to stop in to print a document on my way to a meeting. Spent 30 minutes trying. Neve received help. Couldn't log into accounts associated with work. Miserable experience.
Chris was so patient and helpful in helping me print a large number of documents. I appreciate the excellent weekend service! FedEx is very lucky to have Chris on their team! 🙏
Horrible, horrible horrible experience, not helpful at all, I’m trying to send somthing for the first time. I came in on 3% and I told them I needed help creating a shipping label, no help won’t even let me use a charger as all of my info is on my phone. Then I had to walk 5 blocks to my car to charge my phone with my 30 lb box as they said I couldn’t leave it there for 5 minutes. HORRIBLE shame on you FedEx for hiring these ppl who make their own rules and treat ppl nasty
