Horrible, horrible horrible experience, not helpful at all, I’m trying to send somthing for the first time. I came in on 3% and I told them I needed help creating a shipping label, no help won’t even let me use a charger as all of my info is on my phone. Then I had to walk 5 blocks to my car to charge my phone with my 30 lb box as they said I couldn’t leave it there for 5 minutes. HORRIBLE shame on you FedEx for hiring these ppl who make their own rules and treat ppl nasty
I went to this location to print something from my phone. The employee who assisted me was friendly and patient. Thank you for this location literally saved my day!!!
My sister and I have been to this place many years ago to print something and that the people in there were very nice and helpful to help us.
