I’ve been coming here for over 5 years at least once a week. I have always been helped by everyone in the store when I need something. They greet you with a smile and will do their best to help. I’ve also seen them get treated horribly by some of these people for things that are simply out of their control. When I see these reviews it makes me sad because I know how hard these employees work. The people who write negative reviews and give one star only care to continue spreading negativity.

Incompetent, unprofessional and bad attitudes. Instead of being accomodating to their customers needs, they scold the customer for even asking them to do their jobs. I was able to go elsewhere where it was even more busy—I mean flooded with people, and get my print in less than ten minutes. Calling a customer unreasonable for simply asking if something can be done efficiently is ridiculous. I can see why this place has terrible reviews. Terrible customer service, these people need to be retrained or they need to get another job because they have no concept of curtesy and customer service. They charge for things that literally shouldn’t cost anything like shredding some papers. 🤦‍♂️ this beyond me.

So today i was there jan20 about 10 -11am, haven’t met this lady before. i had an unpleasant experience at FedEx on Zelzah ave , Granada Hills with an employee (A SHORT GIRL WITH BLACK HAIR) who was very rude and unprofessional. I approached her with a simple question, and her tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service is critical in situations like this, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. This is probably the best FedEx location I’ve ever done business with. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They always treat me with kindness and respect and make me feel as if I’m the most important person in the store.
