Above and beyond - they went past close to help me
FedEx DOES NOT STAND BEHIND their 2 day shipping guarantee. Paid for 2 day shipping - packaged delivered in 5 days. Asked for refund. They pick another state that had bad weather the day your package is supposed to be delivered and claim they are not responsible because of bad weather even though it is not the origin or destination state. Clever way to get out of honoring their guarantee. Next time - will send a gift using Amazon instead.
Edit October 2023: this store is not open when they say they are. I’m here at 11:15 on a Friday and the doors are locked and the lights are off. Hours posted on door are 9-7 on Fridays, so why are they closed?! 2021: Carol was extremely helpful with printing my son’s birthday invitations as well as entertaining him while I was cutting the invitations with their industrial paper cutter.
I walked in and heard a loud "Hello, welcome to FedEx!" from Joy. More than anything, she has such a big, wide, beaming smile...amazing to walk into at 930 in the morning. I was not aware that I had to print my label at home, so Joy said it wasn't a problem and that I could email it to her...and so I did. While I located and forwarded the email, I watched Joy service another customer with that same beautiful smile...it was so nice to see. You are a pleasure, Joy!
