Horrible customer service
Zero customer service w help I needed faxing something so I left
Truly one of the best FedExs! Mone is incredibly helpful and personable. I love coming here because I know she’s going to handle my needs with care. I really appreciate how thoughtful the staff here are
Edit August 2026: came by at 4pm to pick up a package however there was a sign on the door that they would be back in 40 minutes. No time that they left was on the sign, so is it 40 minutes from 2 minutes ago or 40 minutes from 35 minutes ago? Also, poor decision by the manager to only have 1 employee working. Employee was also rude and dropped my package on the counter. Last time I use this location. Edit October 2023: this store is not open when they say they are.
