I should have read the reviews. I had a absolute horrible time with an international shipping because the service person who took my shipment did not create a proper order. Do no use Fedex for international shipping. Absolute junk!

Above and beyond - they went past close to help me
FedEx DOES NOT STAND BEHIND their 2 day shipping guarantee. Paid for 2 day shipping - packaged delivered in 5 days. Asked for refund. They pick another state that had bad weather the day your package is supposed to be delivered and claim they are not responsible because of bad weather even though it is not the origin or destination state. Clever way to get out of honoring their guarantee. Next time - will send a gift using Amazon instead.
