I would rate this place 10 stars. Andrew is amazing. Had a work project and he was patient while we figured out how to do it and the result was perfect. Will only use this store due to him.
I wanted to share my experience with Mone who take care of all of my needs. It was a very busy day and with customers and Fedex Drivers in and out of the store, she really took the time to focus on me when I walked in and through the chaos of the shop, she got eveyrthing I needed done. Thank you Mone for your efforts and care toward helping me when I was in the store

Very personable staff member. He was was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was a little busy but I observed how well he handled each customer with empathy and respect. Anyway..this is the place to come for all the services that a Fed Ex store provides. Stay away from the Mansell Rd location !
Every time I come here it is closed during working hours . Now it is 4 pm and again I have to wait .
