As a guest of Fontainebleau, in town for back-to-back trade shows, I’ve been receiving packages at this FedEx location all week. The counter attendants always provided good service. Yes, there is a handling fee per package based on weight, but the prices are much less expensive than packages I received at the Aria.
This is specifically for Jonathon who went above and beyond when our brochures didn’t initially come out as planned. His manner and customer service were impeccable. Thank you Jonathon!
Staff is not trained well. I dropped off several packages over a month ago, only to be told later, After I’ve already left Vegas, they could not ship batteries. Here it is a month later, and I have no idea where these packages are right now and neither does the location. Terrible service.
They charged me an additional $160 to receive and ship 4 packages through the location. I do this all the time with other FedEX shipcenters for free. I'm already paying FedEX to ship the package. I don't understand why they are charging me extra to do so at this location. It's a goddamn SHIPcenter. That's what the location is for. If they need to charge extra to use the location, it should be included in the shipping cost. This charge was completely unexpected and is an absolute money grab.
Awful service. You’ll get completely ignored in an empty store and then are met with an attitude. This was our last stop before leaving Fontainebleau and was so bad it made us never want to stay there again
