Most of the staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful; however, the prices for printing are outrageous. I needed to have one full-color, spiral bound, 125-page manual printed and they quoted me around $130. The same project at Prestige Copy and Print in Northgate Plaza was about $50. I shipped a package from here which contained a phone. The person at the counter had asked me what was in it and I had answered truthfully in case there was some battery restriction etc. There wasn’t. But when the package reached its destination, it was empty. I doubt it would be fully packed yet empty if something had happened in transit.
My favorite Fedex store, I always ship stuff to my family back home and get the best service. Evan and Sadel are very helpful and professional. 2024 Update: It’s sad to see my favorite store closing soon, I want to thank all the staff who provided the best customer service. I’ve been coming to this store for over 7 years. Thank you Grace for being always helpful and very polite in all my recent visits.
Only giving 2 stars because this company doesn't care to staff more ppl in this location. The woman working was amazing though and working hard. 10/10 to her! Give yourself extra time if you go to pick up any projects.
I've used them countless times to print large format black and white and color presentations for my landscape design business. I've done this over a hundred times here in the past 15 years. I gave them a five star review 7 years ago, and just realized that I need to adjust that review down to 2 stars. I've always been able to bring in a jump drive with a file on it to print.
