Do NOT go here for passport pix. Had mine taken 3 wks ago. At the time I said that it looked underexposed but the clerk said it was fine. Yesterday I got a notice from passport office - pix not acceptable. Kinkos will not retake the photo w/out the original receipt. Who keeps Kinkos receipts?!? I had the email from the passport office with me which I showed her. Then she said their equipment often washes photos out! We just had the door literally shut in our face. The door was wide open, a store employee was inside talking with a customer as we were walking up to the door the store employee literally shut the door and locked it as we were about to walk in.
