The worst telephone “help” ever experienced. I called to ask how to use their doc printing/faxing service, which I used only once before at the S.King location, where everyone was nice and helpful. The man who answered cut me off brusquely, growling “Let me talk!”, and sped thru some directions and said, in a very unfriendly tone, that this was all self service and I should be able to do it all myself.
