They originally scheduled the delivery between 9:00AM and 1:30PM so I took an afternoon off from work so I can process my documents at the DMV office before it closes. Unfortunately, they did not follow the delivery schedule so my absence from work was useless.

Next to McAllister’s deli—look for their sign. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Rachel went above and beyond to help me pack and ship fragile antique china. Her knowledge, patience, and expertise were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this location!!

FedEx's digital suite absolutely botched my shipment but the workers here were phenomenal. Rachael(?), Kasey and Amy were all extremely helpful, tracked the process of my package for me, and even called me with updates. They went above and beyond in every single way. I don't know what they're getting paid but it's not enough! So thankful for these 3 ladies

The earliest time available to pick up print job on Sunday was 4pm. At 4pm this sign was on the door, however I'm not sure when it was put up. I left at 425pm.... there was another family waiting as well. Super poor communication. After the error yesterday, I picked up the excellently produced job. Poor communication, however the work was great.
