First time here, great experience. Transaction was quick and easy. Associate was super friendly and helpful.
I really can't stand when companies use FEDEX. Everytime I deal with them I just get so frustrated. I don't understand why they can't take an ID from the Iowa State DOT APP off my phone. Send me a barcode to my phone to scan. I don't like people capturing my ID information for a package I bought and was sent to me. Customers need to have the right for privacy as well. I had to leave the location, drive to my other vehicle to grab the physical ID. I am never going to buy from someone who uses FEDEX again. I can't stand this c... read more
