“Not trained on hazardous material” Can’t ship out a laptop here because of the battery or a box of aerosol cans because the pressure. Employees on staff informed me they have no intention on getting trained and gave a list of excuses proving they CAN NOT be a leader in the shipping industry. Take your business elsewhere or suffer the fate of driving out to the CID airport location (15minutes further then you already drove to get this bad news)
I had to get 4 pictures retouched (one through a fire. Seriously!) for my father who was leaving the country and not only did I get them the very next morning, they turned out FANTASTIC! Extremely grateful for the work they did. Super high quality job.

Always helpful and friendly
I called to ask a simple question to a human from fedex and robot wouldn't let me go any further without a door tag. She hung up on me without any way of talking to a actual human.
