Today, Friday, January 12th, 2018 at 4 pm, I was helped in shipping by an older lady with reddish hair. I had a Blu-ray player under warranty about 1 1/2 inches high and 8 inches long to ship back to Sony and be replaced with an upgrade. I brought it to the counter and asked for a box. The lady turned around with it and began bubble wrapping it. One layer of this bubble wrap alone was as thick as the Blu-ray player itself. Grossly understaffed. I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes now to pick up a document. Only 3 employees, there are about 15 people waiting.
