I’ve been going to this FedEx for 20+ years and I’ve always enjoyed everybody that works there But I went there yesterday to drop off my work and I don’t know who the new manager is but let me tell you she was as rude as the day is long. I just had terrible customer service. If I'd known I wasn't welcome, I would've skipped this business altogether.
Lacey at FedEx was absolutely incredible. I was in a total pinch trying to get an important print job done, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly.In a stressful moment, Lacey made the whole experience easy and reassuring. FedEx is lucky to have her - I’m so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend this location because of her! :)
Employee working at register was polite and quick . I walked in he helped me return a package it only took a minute fast an easy.
