Don't use FedEx. Some of their drivers have no respect for other people's property. The driver was delivering a package to my neighbor's house, not mine. Instead of driving around the neighborhood, he decided to use my driveway to make a U-turn. He came way too close to hitting my parked car, and he left tire marks all over my driveway that I now have to pressure wash off. I’ve been going to this FedEx for 20+ years and I’ve always enjoyed everybody that works there But I went there yesterday to drop off my work and I don’t know who the new manager is but let me tell you she was as rude as the day is long. She seemed to be the Only one in there I go in there because the staff is so friendly and I enjoy them, but The morale is gone down you go in there. it’s very Tensenobody smiles. I just had terrible customer service. If I'd known I wasn't welcome, I would've skipped this business altogether.
