I had ordered a wheel for my car. In spite of my care and help from a mechanic, the incorrect wheel was sent. I'm 67, arthritic, and getting older...and it was surprisingly heavy. I first called the store to see if they could help me get this return completed...basically getting it from my car to the store. The lady to whom I spoke was extremely helpful and kind. I had a complicated print project for a BTS concert, and Assistant Manager Michael went above and beyond to help me. The order gave the printers a lot of trouble, but he stayed patient, kept troubleshooting, and never made me feel like I was a burden. He genuinely cared about getting the project finished correctly and did not give up until we got it done.
