My packages sent via fed ex never make it. Literally have packages multiple times a week from other companies. Only the fed ex ones don’t show up
I had stickers made there. They came out perfect. The young man was very knowledgeable and professional.
They made it so easy to ship an odd-sized package that required fragile handling and packaging.
I needed some copies that I was having trouble retrieving from my email. The associate was kind and very helpful
If not for Jay who was of great help I would have added a 1 star (or less of possible) My wife and I had some packages to send, and the woman who was “helping “ had the worst attitude, manners, and lacked politeness all together, which definitely impacts the company (FedEx) image. She forgets we are paying customers…. If you go, go straight to Jay, and bypass having a rough time.
