If you’re looking to spend AN HOUR printing 1/10th of your copies, this is the place for you! For an hour I battled their useless WiFi and a dozen error messages trying to print. Manager CarrieAnn is considerably more concerned with putting stickers on boxes than helping the customers in front of her. I watched her intentionally make several people wait for no reason, and heard her being snarky to the “new” FedEx guy that came in. This place is literally the worst.

Carrianne provided exceptional service. She was super patient and kind when I had several issues with the design I was trying to print. After everything it all turned out perfect!

HORRIBLE customer service. There were three people in line when I came in, I waited until it was my turn. A young lady came in and charged in front of me. The clerk took her in front of me without even acknowledging that I had been waiting for a little bit. I said "excuse me,,,,,excuse me, I was next in line". She COMPLETELY ignored me and never even looked up or said a word to me.

I've used this ship center many times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They make it very easy to ship. Spencer is always extremely nice.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and my expectations are low. Chris did not want to help me, could not handle payment by card or cash, and suggested I was "agitated" because I wasn't solving the problem for him (by just leaving w/o service I guess?). The female manager on duty was ignoring his inability to function. I finally paid but only got a receipt for box I bought, no tracking slip for my shipment. Who knows what happens now. Shockingly bad business practices by this FedEx shop. Stay away.
