My first time in the store and Eli was so incredibly helpful.
Terrible location . Shipped 2 packages from this location. One got damaged and one got lost ( 20k Rolex watch that one of their agents helped me packaging ) it was suppose to be shipped over night insured . Magically never left this location . Been 4 days and they have no answer where did the watch disappear .
Extremely rude.
Worked with this location a couple different times to get a big print job done. The only person who was helpful and accommodating was Spencer. I really appreciated his time and thorough explanations of what we were looking at. He never seemed inconvenienced and always happy to help. Almost every other individual who works here is very cold and unwelcoming.
