Extremely rude.
Worked with this location a couple different times to get a big print job done. The only person who was helpful and accommodating was Spencer. I really appreciated his time and thorough explanations of what we were looking at. He never seemed inconvenienced and always happy to help. Almost every other individual who works here is very cold and unwelcoming.

As a customer at this business, with multiple printing and lamination needs (a total of 6 laminations, and 9 color prints). I would expect the same high standard of courtesy as any other client. Ryan was extremely impatient and rude with me. I was very kind and patient with him, as he assisted a second customer that walked in after I had been in the store and he began assisting me with my printing needs.
