If not for Jay who was of great help I would have added a 1 star (or less of possible) My wife and I had some packages to send, and the woman who was “helping “ had the worst attitude, manners, and lacked politeness all together, which definitely impacts the company (FedEx) image. She forgets we are paying customers…. If you go, go straight to Jay, and bypass having a rough time.
I’m trying to call and speak with a person, your automated system is so sensitive that it picks up every little noise, I have no background issues going on, as soon as my air conditioning came on it couldn’t hear me and then hung up I called back 3 times and got the same results
The older gentleman was rude and condescending. He actually canceled my shipping label after I was just there. Now I can’t return the items because I was already sent the label from the company.
