Wanted to drop off a pre labeled package that FedEx had shipped to my house 3 days prior. Told me it was against store policy to accept metal. Then told me to schedule a pickup and a truck could take it no problem...... Lazy rude people Edit: I took my part to a different FedEx shipping location and they accepted it. No problem
I needed help printing some photos. The treatment was bad and his face showed that he didn't want to help us. 👎
Incredibly rude worker at the front desk, gave an attitude because they closed their cash drawer an hour before they close and didnt want to accept cash. Was very rude trying to upsell additional packaging that wasn't needed without explaining why. When their co worker asked if they worked on Monday in front of myself and another customer they gave a very sarcastic answer making it very apparent they do not want to be there. I'm avoiding this location for any future shipping needs.
Fed ex 😔 a complete garbage, their drivers speed and are unsafe. You can't call a distribution center directly to lodge a complaint. Their automated call system is garbage. Anything I order in the future that only has Fed ex as the option I just won't buy it. Fed Ex is garbage.
