First ever Fedex experience. Shipped an overnight letter containing a card that my wife made for her dying sister. It's now scheduled for Monday (shipped Thursday). Not even an effort for a Saturday delivery. By Monday she'll most likely no longer be with us. BTW, this was to be delivered to a house, no signature required. There was no bad weather or any other act of God to prevent this delivery. Great job Fedex. I'll forever tell this story.
