Christopher was above and beyond helpful! I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the other gentleman that was working but he was also very helpful!
The young lady there less than an hour ago was very rude and was zero help to us. Plus, when you walk into a business, it's not the customer's job to greet you first.
This is a bad spot, the employees don't seem to be trained because they are absolutely not familiar with FedEx tracking numbers, they literally do not know what number is what and it has caused me a lot of problems at work. Avoid this location.
