Horrible customer service, had packaged some items in a brand new USPS box, placed the label on it, manager (mean looking lady with a scowl) walked by service person helping me said they can’t take USPS boxes. Having done this several times before at this location without issue, was a little surprised. Walked out stating they deserve their 2 star rating, went to Choice Mailbox right down the road at the Publix Strip mall, walked in, got my receipt, and was out in less than 60 seconds. First ever Fedex experience. Shipped an overnight letter containing a card that my wife made for her dying sister. It's now scheduled for Monday (shipped Thursday). Not even an effort for a Saturday delivery. By Monday she'll most likely no longer be with us. BTW, this was to be delivered to a house, no signature required. There was no bad weather or any other act of God to prevent this delivery. Great job Fedex. I'll forever tell this story.
