This place does business where they aren’t transparent. Back in 11/25, I was told that the flat rate includes packaging so on 12/25, I came back to use the same flat rate shipping but they charged me extra for packaging. They will charge/not charge you based on how they feel, not based on their policies.

They deliver my packages to someone else every time. I can't reach any person in charge. They are not helpful at all. I am not satisfied with their service.
