They are overall really great. When I walked in they made sure to let me know they would get with me as soon as they were done with the customer. I needed to get some stuff printed and they helped me out through the whole process, Emmett was great in helping me print and when they got busy they were quick to tend to the other customers. Really great service!
Bad service at all
This place does business where they aren’t transparent. Back in 11/25, I was told that the flat rate includes packaging so on 12/25, I came back to use the same flat rate shipping but they charged me extra for packaging. They will charge/not charge you based on how they feel, not based on their policies.
