I found it interesting that the older gentleman went out of his way to acknowledge a customer that came in after me. Then walked over to the shipping area (where I was) looked right at me and said nothing. BUT spoke to the same customer behind me. Hmmmm…. Now you don’t have to speak to everyone (your prerogative) but I found it very interesting….. Anyway I’ll just know not to return to this location.
When I shipped internationally i was not made aware of extra fees. They did not want to help. It would have been different if they told me about those expectations instead of getting a call that there are more fees that no one knew about it.
I had an excellent experience today! The customer service was truly exceptional—John was professional, efficient, and genuinely eager to help. He went above and beyond to ensure my visit was smooth and stress-free, showing a level of friendliness and attentiveness that made a great impression. It’s clear that this location prioritizes customer satisfaction. Just another reason why I continue to come back for all my printing needs!
