Shipping from here couldn't have been easier. Gabby diligently bubble wrapped and packed all my items with speed and care. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I will be coming back here next time I need to ship something.
I have tried to return a package that was delivered to the wrong address but your system would not let me talk to a customer service representative. Total failure.
STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX in FLOWER MOUND One of their employees stole my iPhone 17 Pro Max- Silver from one of their warehouses in Flower Mound TX. If you plan on wasting your money and loosing valuable items you’ve worked hard for DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
It says they open at 9am but they weren’t open at 9:45am when I came to ship something. Super disappointed.
