Awful experience, have used kinkos/fedex for my business for 20 years and this location has ruined that entirely!

I can’t say enough good things about this FedEx print location! They typically have my prints available HOURS before scheduled pick up - they always look great. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I really enjoy sending things to print here cause I know it’s going to be done right and ahead of schedule. They’ve even saved me in a few last minute emergencies. Anytime I’ve had to ship something they’ve been great as well.
Its not specific to this FedEx but in general. I have a package coming I need to sign for and I've been waiting all day and its still not here. There's absolutely no information on the package tracker about when it will be here. If Amazon can tell me exactly what time my package will arrive so can FedEx. I have things I need to do today and FedEx is wasting my time. I'm just very frustrated and have tried to contact the company a variety of ways to see if i could pick it up in store ect and have gotten a robot every time.
