Noel was efficient and helpful. The USB printing wasn’t working, but he helped me print my documents using an alternative method. I hope USB printing will be available again soon.
FedEx is no longer reliable shipping service, they charge a lot for delivery and very often lose your package. They do have a dump system and a dump AI to report your missing items. reconsider how do you ship with before choosing this carrier.
