Dropped off my return package here. 3 months later the package was never received, it just disappeared and all the tracking was removed, there is nothing I can do. I don't trust this place of FedEx anymore

Great location to have wine shipments sent. Hours for pick up are good and time spent retrieving wine package is minimal. Employees are very nice and helpful. Shipments normally arrive between 2-4 PM and we receive notice for pickup shortly after delivery arrives. Lots of business services offered and some that are self service. I appreciate having this FedEx Store close to our home.
