Constantly marks my home address as a business and don’t even attempt to make deliveries on the day they say it’s due. It’ll be marked on a truck with a driver and they’ll push it to the next day because my house is marked as “business closed”. They delivered my medication 5 days late that needed to be refrigerated and it went bad.
Bad customer service
Hate the email label thing they do keep up with times use a qr code or bar code like every other place.
Maria is incredibly kind, patient and efficient. When I see her familiar face I know it’s going to be a smooth drop off of my packages. Thank you Maria for being so wonderful every time I stop by.
