Made me pay extra for a package I already paid for; long waits, poor customer service. – I was pretty disappointed with the service I received here. First of all, I had everything I needed put together and the packing slip all ready - I just needed to drop it off. The wait, with one person in front of me, was already a few minutes. C'mon now, there was only one other customer in the store. I was passed off from one clerk to the assistant manager, because she obviously did not know how to accept a pre-posted package.
