This FedEx location is excellent for both business and personal shipping needs. They offer everything we expect from FedEx, making it a convenient one stop shop for shipping, printing, packing, and other services. Boxes, tapes, supplies, shipping - easy. What really sets this location apart is one of the employees, a tall Black gentleman whose name I can never quite read on his badge. He is outstanding. Been to this FED EX center at least three times. I hope I never have to go back. The customer service is really bad.
Worst location with the worst customer service from the short,round,reddish hair lady. Refused to mail my letter because the address was too long and told me to go elsewhere. The Bernal location had no issues and was more accommodating and very kind people.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
