Pretty unprofessional customer service
Refused to take a packaged box that the item was originally received in and that had a prepaid label, said that I need to purchase a box from them to be able to ship it.
Terrible customer service. Won’t ship items back that they destroyed.
I visited this FedEx location to send a fax, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member at the front desk was unhelpful and rude when I asked for assistance with the fax machine. Despite repeatedly asking for instructions, she did not provide any help, which resulted in me being unable to send my fax. Additionally, I was still charged for the service I couldn’t complete. Very disappointed with the customer service here.
FedEx need to hire well trained staff in this location.
