can’t get through to a person. says they don’t close until 6 pm but it’s 4:50 and i’ve been kicked off every call saying they’re closed

My Aunt who is dying of cancer, worked for Delta for 43 years, her son (my cousin) and I went to mail some family heirlooms to my mom (her sister) with the Delta discount she much deserved and EARNED and the manager denied her discount because she wasn't present. To the store manager : December 23rd ,2025 I was charged $20 even though the machine was broken and nothing printed. The employee Francisco refused to give me a receipt and falsely told me the refund would come from my bank. Instead of helping, he brought another customer (a white woman) into the situation to defend him, even though I never spoke to her.
