I had a frustrating experience at this FedEx location. The manager, who had short hair and wore glasses, was unhelpful from the start with alot of negativity ,, When I tried to ship something with a prepaid self-return envelope, she kept asking if I had an account and said I couldn’t send it without my account number. I asked why I couldn’t just use the prepaid envelope or generate one, she insisted it wasn’t possible and made it so difficult that I just had to walk away.
