Drove 15 minutes to drop off a package, but the store was already closed about 10 minutes before the posted closing time. Please update the hours accurately or stay open until the actual closing time.
I come here often for printing needs. Though FedEx meets the expectations of those needs, the customer service is horrible. You can feel the tension amongst the employees, zero team efforts and when asked for help you’re most certainly inconveniencing them - their body language and response makes that clear with their curt attitudes.
I go to this location almost daily for my job to return parts. The people in there are best and very helpful. I'm always in and out.
