Every time i go to that location, the gentelman there wants me to scan the boxes on the self checkout, I NEED A REAL RECEIPT, not the self checkout!!!!!!! And he always refuse to do it I have the rights to ask for a real scan receipt, i pay for my labels, THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB ON THAT LOCATION
I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location in this FedEx The guy here was incredibly helpful, patient, and very nice. They answered all of my questions and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Carlos is his name. It's not every day you encounter such positive and professional customer service. This person is a real asset to the team! Highly recommend this location.
Customer service at this location is horrible. I literally asked for help and the girl acted like she didn’t even want to be bothered. No one in the store and you can’t assist a customer who obviously needs help with your machine. She helped with the first job and then I’m asking how to do my next job and it’s like oh just do this and that. Why are you working this job if you can’t completely be of assistance? Would love to give 0 stars but after an hour long wait to have someone pick up a part that their driver for some reason does not want to pick up I call only to have the customer service agent pretend not to hear me talk and hang up.
The surrounding areas outside the storefront is covered in trash all the time. If this branch is going to benefit to selling their services to our community, they should do their best to pick up the trash every morning when they open up the store.
