I just left FedEx. Felix helped me. He was efficient, he under promised and over delivered. Though the store was a little busy and he was the only one working, he was getting people out in no time... and he was so positive.
Worst customer service. After4 years I won't be going back.
Went here yesterday, 5/14 to drop off a company package that was pre-labeled, just a drop off. Guy behind the counter started to scan it but stopped and looked at me and decided to ask what was in the package? We ship $thousands of dollars worth of manufactured products weekly, UPS, USPS and FedEx, all pre-labeled packages. May 9, 2025 I visited this location twice in the last week both times to return a package I had a pre attached label. Today(may 9, 2025) at 9:00am. I visited this location to return cart parts that I no longer needed. They were delivered to me by fedex without a box just wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap, I assume due to their irregular shape.
