Just walked in to make a return, I had my QR code with me, I waited in line and when I approached the counter Dana told me that I needed to used the little kiosk type of self service to print out my label, mind you I was in line I walked to her, now I asked “I thought you could do that at the counter” her response “now we do it like this because it takes to much time” what?!?!?
