Came to this location to use the password renewal services. What a terrible experience. The photo they took was rejected. No one could clearly explain why or what needed to be fixed. The person who was supposed to help me didn’t seem to know the process at all, which made things even more frustrating. While I was there, another customer came in needing help with the same thing and was just dismissed without any assistance. Overall, the service was disorganized and unhelpful. Definitely not what I expected
