I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location with an employee named Jasmine. I waited in line for over 25 minutes, but instead of helping me, she assisted people behind me and completely ignored my turn. I was left to figure out how to use the printing machine on my own, without any support. Later, after 7 p.m., when the doors were already closed, I was still inside trying to purchase a book. This location has a young man working the front desk name Jaoo,his level of customer service is off the charts!! He's helpful friendly and extremely attentive!! Just amazing customer service.He definitely made my day with his off the charts customer service!!
I originally posted a 1star review for bad customer service but now I am changing it to 5stars as I see how hard the guys work there and sometimes they are short staffed which results in rushing or slower service but its not their fault. Give them a chance and try to understand how hard is to work with people and the job itself is demanding. Also on top of that they do online orders on printing and stuff so its not only accepting shipments. Thank you.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I came to print something very important to my family and expected to get service. The manager of the store named Simon was a complete incompetent person that had no service consciousness. He gave the most unhelpful advice, short answers. His goal was literally to get me out of the door. He did not want to help - he didn’t want to be bothered.
