3 times I went there , 3 times they keep doing stuff in the back and ask me to wait , it's crazy when they have a huge brand don't really care about being eager to help customer , it is what it is .
These guys really deserve more credit for the effort they put towards the work and the customer service. Great experience every time. Even more so when there is more than one person helping customers. Patience is required when having done nothing online, which everything can be, and there is not enough staff. I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location with an employee named Jasmine. I waited in line for over 25 minutes, but instead of helping me, she assisted people behind me and completely ignored my turn. I was left to figure out how to use the printing machine on my own, without any support. Later, after 7 p.m., when the doors were already closed, I was still inside trying to purchase a book.
