Had a couple of bad experiences here. NEVER going back. Abour a month ago I went there to print some tax reforms to do my tax returns. I use their copier with the FedEx print and go and I had some sort of problem. So I asked her help from the desk clerk. His name is Jaio. When I asked him for help, he came from around the counter, and on his way over rolled his eyes at me as if to say, old people can't figure out tech stuff. In a rush to get an item to my daughter who is away, I came in to FedEx because some moms in a group chat said this was the best way to ship items quickly. I had gone online and thought I knew what I needed. In walks Nii-K. What a kind and thoughtful gentleman. He helped me get the right product to pack my item in, then took all of the angst out of the process.
