After being turned away at another store due to incorrect information about package weight limits, I came here with a 45kg (99.21lbs) box, and they accepted it without any hassle. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Not only was the response slow, but the staff was also unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue.
