Worst customer service EVER!! Theu ship me a box and then when I have to return it they tell me I have to buy a bag to put a shoe box in when FedEx themselves shipped me the shoe box!! So unbelievable the lady was so mean and nasty about it as well. Screw FedEx and their franchise stores! Never again now I know why they are always slow

DO NOT SHIP PACKAGES OUT OF THIS LOCATION! I dropped off a package on 10/22/24 AT 1:46 PM and as of today, 38 DAYS LATER, tracking still shows that it WAS received and NEVER left the building! Look for another 1-star review by "COMMENT KING" and you'll see that this is not an isolated incident. Somebody working at this location, or perhaps one of the pick-up drivers is STEALING PACKAGES. I went to this store last week 10/30/24 and the employee name Orlando helped with my prints, he did such an amazing job!!! He was a great help, kind and very very professional…. If I could give him a 1000 star I would. Keep doing the great work Orlando!!!!
