I had a wonderful experience at this FedEx location (1464 S Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL). Orlando was absolutely fantastic - professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. He helped me quickly and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful process easy and smooth. It's rare to find someone so kind and considerate. I have always had great customer service at this store. All of the staff are so pleasant with such positivity.
Worst customer service EVER!! Theu ship me a box and then when I have to return it they tell me I have to buy a bag to put a shoe box in when FedEx themselves shipped me the shoe box!! So unbelievable the lady was so mean and nasty about it as well. Screw FedEx and their franchise stores! Never again now I know why they are always slow
Friendly store and staff but if I walk in and Orlando is not there. I walk out. That dude is a worker.
