Staff is incredibly rude, I don't understand what it is with this location and the elmsford location, the staff is down right nasty and rude. I have never had an issue at the Mt Kisco store, everyone there is so nice and friendly but this location on central avenue is down right terrible. They don't keep any boxes out on the floor and the guy took it as a personal insult when I asked him where the boxes are and spoke to me in the most condescending tone that I needed to wait in line to ask him a question, all I wanted to kno... read more

I went to this location to ship a Walmart return. I have never returned an item before and wasn't aware of the steps I shall take. The customer service gentleman guided me with great patience and professionalism!
Open on Sundays which is a plus. Plenty of parking. Michael was very professional and helpful.
