Went today to FedEx office in Central Park Ave, Scarsdale, NY. Customer Service was excellent, friendly staff. Helped me to print shipping labels and ensured the printed information correct,
Employee Michael S. at the Central avenue location is awesome. After sending a FedEx of some momentous to my friend, Michael went above and beyond to assist with finding the address and sealing the box with its treasured contents. I have always used FedEx, but now I will make it a point to use the central avenue location. A+ for Customer service!
Be warned: I brought in a box of shoes to be returned to the selling company in the original box they had been sent in (a new, strong, undamaged box). The Central Avenue Scarsdale store told me I needed a separate box to put my return in. They said the seller would not accept the return in the original box (?!). The seller had provided me the Fedex return label for return and never mentioned re-boxing. I was not near my home and did not have time to go elsewhere or search out a new box, so I paid Fedex $8.66 for their box. W... read more
FedEx door opens at 12 o’clock on Sunday I waited 10 minutes no one opened the door then I left. Someone should be responsible for this.
Remon was super friendly & helpful! The customer service was beyond amazing. He assisted me through the whole transaction and even gave me some pointers on how to make shipping easier for the next time.
