Be warned: I brought in a box of shoes to be returned to the selling company in the original box they had been sent in (a new, strong, undamaged box). The Central Avenue Scarsdale store told me I needed a separate box to put my return in. They said the seller would not accept the return in the original box (?!). The seller had provided me the Fedex return label for return and never mentioned re-boxing. FedEx door opens at 12 o’clock on Sunday I waited 10 minutes no one opened the door then I left. Someone should be responsible for this.
Remon was super friendly & helpful! The customer service was beyond amazing. He assisted me through the whole transaction and even gave me some pointers on how to make shipping easier for the next time.
Horrible!! Staff is beyond rude. Don’t want to help, make you wait and make you do everything yourself. Practically laugh and insult you. Just lazy and don’t seem happy to work there. NEVER GO TO THIS FEDEX!!
