The staff there treated my horribly. I have a business account and have filled my vehicle with boxes daily but was met rudely by one of the staff and when I asked to speak to a manager I was denied. They claimed that the integrity of my boxes did not suffice and basically wanted me to buy boxes. I will never return my business there again and I will tell anyone who will listen that it is not worth your trouble. Worse FedexKinkos in the country! – Wait times for simple requests (like printing 1-3 pages) average around 15 mins! If you attempt to use the self service, common office supplies (ie staples, pens) that are supposed to be provided are never supplied! Self service usually cost more too! Forget about it being efficiently staffed! If you are in a rush definitely do not go there!
Horrible service! Crappy copies! Fax machine will cheat you! – Horribly understaffed. Workers are not well-trained. Equipment sucks! I went in twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times I had to wait 10 minutes to get help. When I finally got to the counter, the worker said he'd have to wait for the last job to finish on the copier. Now there were 6 machines behind the counter... not sure why he had to wait for that particular copy.
