Rude staff and poor customer service. This is the second time I have experienced this by 2 different employees at this location. First time, the employee was just plain rude and acted as if she was annoyed I was there bothering her! It was a simple return. Second time, the employee demanded to see what was being shipped and ripped the package apart, approved, then repackaged without care. I take pride in how my product is shipped to customers. Kristin you are a ray of sunshine.I have never visited this location but it was very convenient today and was closer.I had a question about shoes I needed to return but was wondering if I have to go the the exact location that I had already chosen on the return website.
