I came to pick up my print order for post cards. Not only did they print super quick, lovely Ruth went above and beyond to help me resize the cards to fit properly in the envelope. Appreciate you Ruth!
There were two ladies working on Monday afternoon, Sept 8th. When both ladies were finished with their customers, I was completely ignored. I stood at the counter, where I was directed by one of the ladies. No one acknowledged me after that. They both worked on the side computers, talking amongst each other. had to have two monitors and cables packed and shipped. Ruth explained everything perfectly with humor and enthusiasm and took care of the items. Can't say enough good things about Ruth... every fedex should have a Ruth!
