The woman who waited on me, was very rude, very unprofessional. No manners whatsoever. If she doesn’t like her job, she should not be working there.
The black lady at the front desk has the biggest attitude ever and basically was calling me stupid, somebody give her a reality check please. Never coming back to this location again.
I noticed some of the nice reviews left about Ruth, I wish I could have had the same experience. Ruth was very short, dismissive and not interested in concern at all. I'm grateful that Tony her colleague was close by and happily interjected with an answer and solution to my problem. He was very patient and warm in his replies and did so with a smile. I went in to return a very expensive item, it’s only reasonable that I ask for a receipt, when I did the guy spazzed at me saying he’s working on it with a very annoyed tone, I asked if it would be possible to put the package in a shipping container or bag and he said again very annoyed and rude “well that’s obvious” all while not giving me any eye contact and helping another person at the same time. Very rude and unapproachable lady this morning 04/11/2026. Was trying to return an item when i see there was a closed sign i said okay i’ll wait but she removed the signage and the door was open so i assumed oh they open a bit early. So i went in with a smile was about to say goodmorning but this lady approached me with a dismissive attitude saying “ we not open , we open in 15mns” i was like okay?
