Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish!
Terrible experience. There are other Fedex locations around here, go to those. The front desk guy was rude, uncouth, and tried to defend his lack of knowledge vehemently. What a shame. Abysmal customer support. Staying miles away from this location. Hope corporate checks these reviews.
Andy was so friendly and showed me a refresher on how to use the paper cutter since it had been a while! Very grateful for the kind and enthusiastic staff here :)
Worked with Andy when I came in. I had a return from an internet order and the return box was in terrible condition. He taped it up and fixed it and got me a tracking number for the shipment. I was supposed to leave it outside my door the next X-ray but this was so much more convenient for me. Andy gets highest rating possible for customer service.
Andy was super friendly and helpful. Great customer service here!
