I use their service to get things quickly back to my home state. All the employees there, especially the young lady are extremely helpful. They explain all the options and prices. I have never had anything arrive later than promised. Customer service here is top notch. Thank you
Every time Fedex gives a delivery notification, the delivery hasn’t happened. It is the worst service in the industry. I normally don’t care about the lateness but I have plants shipped that need to be in soil immediately but now I’m waiting an extra day or two, possibly three before it'll be delivered dealing with this horrible company.
Fedex is the WORST delivery service ever. Period.
Please deliver my medication via 2nd day air. it's been a week!! It keeps saying that it's out for delivery, but you guys NEVER actually deliver.
