Horrible experience, I called ahead to make sure they could handle scanning 75-100 documents. They said yes while I waited and told me to take the staples out. When I arrived they argued with me about doing the work then said they couldn't scan legal documents. They said it would be $53. I went to UPS store down the street, not only did they not charge me anything, the guy helped me tape smaller documents which had a hard time going through the scanner. Completely messed up my order. I was told it would be redone and to come back in 30 minutes. I came back an hour and a half later and they hadn’t even started my job. Manager says I’ll have to come back later, but he won’t give me a time frame.
