I would have given a "0" score if there had been that option I have tried to use different phone numbers to contact info for re delivery of a package - driver didn't leave a door tag and the number on the message sent to me is useless How do get the number for this package if it wasn't given to me? I would like to resolve this with a REAL person not automated AI
Great Team and Customer Service
I attempted to have a one page document printed and didn't have much time. Rep was available and no one was in the facility but she referred me to self print, which is fine but the self print failed to send a code to my email timely so I could print it on the self serve machine. She insisted I wait although no one was inside and she had the ability to print it at the counter. This is NOT good customer service at all. This is the first time I've had a bad experience here-was very disappointing to say the least.
Everyone is very kind and ready to help. The only thing missing is a notary ;)
